Jacob was absolutely amazing. What a great personality. The visit felt like I was hanging out with an old friend. He alleviated any and all stress and concern. I won't be seeing anyone but him for my wireless needs, and will definitely recommend visiting your location and requesting him personally. THANK YOU, Jacob. You excel at what you do, and the retail world needs more people like you working in it. 10/10 recommend. This man deserves a raise.

Nikki and Jacob are AMAZING!!! They had so much patience with us and were very helpful and caring. They had a wonderful sense of humor and were very knowledgeable. They helped us get 2 phones, leave U-verse TV, and keep our internet for so much cheaper on all of our plans with them.
